1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Mahadev Residency website or using our paying-guest (PG) accommodation services at Sector 52, Gurgaon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Accommodation & Booking
- All room bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our management team.
- An advance deposit is required to confirm a room reservation. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The management reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
3. Rent & Payments
- Rent is payable in advance on or before the 5th of each month.
- Late payment may attract a penalty as communicated by management.
- Rent includes meals (as applicable to the chosen room type), Wi-Fi, and power backup unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional services requested outside the standard package will be charged separately.
4. Notice Period & Vacating
- Residents must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice before vacating the premises.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
- The room must be left in a clean and undamaged condition upon departure.
5. House Rules
- Visitors are allowed only in designated common areas and during permitted hours.
- Loud music, parties, or any activity that disturbs fellow residents is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
- Residents are responsible for the cleanliness of their rooms and shared spaces.
- Any damage to furniture, fixtures, or property will be recovered from the security deposit.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
6. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 15 working days of vacating, after deduction of any dues, damages, or outstanding amounts.
7. Meals
- Meals are provided during scheduled timings. Residents are requested to adhere to meal hours.
- Meal timings may be adjusted on special occasions or public holidays.
- Skipped meals are non-refundable.
8. Security & Safety
- CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for the safety of all residents.
- Residents must carry their room key/access card at all times.
- Any suspicious activity should be reported to the caretaker immediately.
- Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings due to resident negligence.
9. Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to ask a resident to vacate without prior notice in cases of:
- Violation of house rules or these terms.
- Non-payment of rent for more than 15 days.
- Conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive to other residents or staff.
10. Liability
Mahadev Residency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to a resident's personal belongings arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including theft, fire, natural disasters, or power failures.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Residents will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
